athenahealth’s customers faced daunting challenges through out COVID. To highlight the community’s success stories, and give customers a platform to connect and communicate, a two-week free virtual event was stood up. Event look and feel, virtual platform, recruiting, social outreach, and digital collateral were all developed in support of this event.
