This STEM start-up was looking for an approachable and playful visual identity. From the ground up this brand was built to be as fun and maker-oriented as their marble-machines. Starting with the logo this project ended up encompassing everything from instruction manuals and package design to trade-show booths and more!

Roslindale Village Farmer's Market
The largest farmer's market in Boston was looking to refresh their brand! An updated logo and robust library of illustrations were created. It was important to keep the feel clean and modern but also a little rough around the edges to strike a balance between urban and rural. Poster, ads, and merchandise were created to help Roslindale promote this fantastic event.

North Shore mainstay Turners Seafood decided it was time for a new site. This family-owned business is welcoming and warm, and that needed to be reflected in the website. The focus was kept on the locally-caught high-quality seafood and the design supported the cozy feel of their spaces.
The Cambridge Public Health Department was looking for a way to present their annual Middle Grades survey data in a way that would make that data accessible to middle school students. A loose hand-drawn illustration style and a bright punchy palette were employed to make the statistics fun and enjoyable to read!

University of Illinois at Chicago
A new international student guidebook was developed for the University of Illinois at Chicago to reflect their new modern and energetic brand. Web ads and e-blasts were also rolled out to help promote this new look.
The Cambridge Prevention Coalition runs a yearly Reality Check campaign to bring awareness to youth substance abuse. The campaign needed to be engaging, presenting their statistics in a way that isn't scary but also underscores the seriousness of their subject. Posters, postcards, and billboards were created in addition to a website which could be used as a more robust resource.

This Dorchester gem was in need of a brand refresh. Proprietor Stavros Retzos is so active in the day-to-day of his business and has such a community presence that it was clear he should be the face of Spukies. So we went for it, making sure the brand was rolled out fully: from employee gear to exterior signage.
